:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同厂家生产的特非那丁片溶出度 ,以考察其质量。结果表明 :3个厂家 4个批号样品溶出度存在显著性差异。 : High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the dissolution rate of terfenadine tablets produced by different manufacturers to investigate its quality. The results showed that there were significant differences in the dissolution rate of 4 lot samples from 3 manufacturers.
