目的通过考察人参皂苷Rg3脂质体、纳米粒及微乳在小鼠体内组织分布的差异,比较各类纳米制剂的靶向特异性。方法小鼠尾静脉注射等剂量的3种人参皂苷Rg3制剂,在不同时间点采血并剖取小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾,用高效液相色谱法检测各组织和血浆的人参皂苷Rg3。结果 3种人参皂苷Rg3纳米制剂在肝、脾、肺中的组织浓度均高于人参皂苷Rg3单体对照组,且血药浓度明显降低,人参皂苷Rg3在心、肾的分布显著减少。结论 3种人参皂苷Rg3纳米制剂在小鼠体内具有较明显的肺、脾和肝靶向性。
Objective To investigate the tissue distribution of ginsenoside Rg3 liposomes, nanoparticles and microemulsions in mice and to compare the targeting specificity of various nano-formulations. Methods Three kinds of ginsenoside Rg3 were inoculated into the tail vein of mice by intravenous injection at the same time. Blood samples were taken from the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of mice at different time points. The ginseng Saponin Rg3. Results The tissue concentrations of three kinds of ginsenoside Rg3 nanoparticles in the liver, spleen and lung were higher than that of the ginsenoside Rg3 monomer control group, and the plasma concentration was significantly decreased. The distribution of ginsenoside Rg3 in heart and kidney was significantly reduced. Conclusion The three ginsenoside Rg3 nanostructures have obvious lung, spleen and liver targeting in mice.
