研究了以过硫酸钾为引发剂引发的氯丁二烯与异戊二烯的乳液共聚合,选择了乳化剂及调节剂,确定了共聚合的配方及条件。 当氯丁二烯与异戊二烯共聚合的转化率达80%时,仅有微量凝胶出现,并且粘度-转化率曲线上的高峯常常是凝胶开始生成的标志。 制得的氯丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚物结晶速率显著降低,其脆折点较氯丁橡胶-GN-A降低了5℃。
The copolymerization of chloroprene and isoprene induced by potassium persulfate was studied. Emulsifiers and regulators were selected to determine the formulation and conditions of copolymerization. When the conversion of chloroprene to isoprene reached 80%, only a small amount of gel appeared and the peaks on the viscosity-conversion curve were often the hallmarks of gel initiation. The chlorinated butadiene-isoprene copolymer obtained had a significantly lower crystallization rate and a 5 ℃ lower brittle break than neoprene-GN-A.
