“教育智慧”就是教师在教育活动中的一种系统的、整合性的智慧。具体说,就是教师要具有与时代相通的教育理念,能以新的学生观和教育活动现实实施心理教育,善于和学生心灵对话。教师和学生一个小小的约定,唤醒了学生内心深处的自我约束意识,这样学生不再是被动地接受老师的教育,而是积极地想办法改正缺点,由他律逐渐改为自律,使学生热爱学习,能积极地、创造性地投入学校生活。
