日本是一个与水密切相关的国家,具有内容丰富、形式多样的水文化。20世纪日本在快速的经济增长和急剧的城市化过程中出现了水污染、水文化衰退等问题。为了克服这些问题,日本进行了多方面的探索,取得了一定的成绩,并形成和发展了新的水文化。最近,“亲水”一词在日本被广泛使用。“亲水”正逐渐形成日本城市建设中新的水文化,其中体现着当今日本城市建设中人与自然环境共存、和谐发展的新理念。
Japan is a water-related country with a rich and diversified water culture. In the twentieth century, Japan faced the problems of water pollution and water culture decline in its rapid economic growth and rapid urbanization. In order to overcome these problems, Japan conducted various explorations, made some achievements, and formed and developed new aquatic cultures. Recently, the word “hydrophilic” is widely used in Japan. “Hydrophilic” is gradually forming a new water culture in the Japanese urban construction, which embodies the new concept of co-existence and harmonious development of man and the natural environment in today’s urban construction in Japan.
