本文对连翘的亲脂性化学成分进行了研究,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术从连翘中提取亲脂性成分,并用GC-MS计算机联用技术分离鉴定其中的化学组成、计算其相对含量。在本文设定的超临界CO_2条件下,萃取物得率6.48%,该萃取物由醋酸里哪醇酯等21个成分组成。
In this paper, the lipophilic chemical composition of Forsythia suspensa was studied. Supercritical CO 2 extraction technology was used to extract lipophilic components from F. suspense, and GC-MS computer was used to separate and identify the chemical composition and relative content. Under the supercritical CO 2 conditions set forth herein, the yield of the extract was 6.48%, and the extract was composed of 21 components such as linalyl acetate.
