企业兼并重组已成为企业加强资源整合、实现快速发展、提高竞争力的有效措施。尤其是如今中国“一带一路”上升为政策,税收的调整,以及科技创新驱动的开展,中国必将迎来新一轮国内外企业兼并浪潮。企业兼并重组能够迅速提升企业技术水平,增强资本实力和辐射带动力,提高资源配置效率。然而在企业兼并重组过程中会引起机构、资源、人员、产权等的变动,档案管理作为企业管理的重要一环,也会发生变化。本文对企业兼并重组存在的档案管理问题进行分析,并提出档案工作的解决方案,以促进企业的长远稳定发展,提高企业综合效益。
Merger and reorganization of enterprises has become an effective measure for enterprises to consolidate resources, achieve rapid development and enhance their competitiveness. Especially now that China, along the Belt and Road, has risen to policy and tax adjustments and driven by technological innovation, China will surely usher in a new wave of mergers and acquisitions by domestic and foreign enterprises. Merger and reorganization of enterprises can rapidly upgrade the technological level of enterprises, enhance the capital strength and radiation power, and improve the efficiency of resource allocation. However, during the process of enterprise merger and reorganization, changes in institutions, resources, personnel and property rights will be caused. Archives management will also change as an important part of business management. This article analyzes the existing file management problems of mergers and acquisitions in enterprises, and puts forward the solution of file work in order to promote the long-term stable development of enterprises and improve the comprehensive benefits of enterprises.
