实施素质教育要把德育放在重要位置上,以培养全面发展的、高素质的社会主义建设者和接班人。但目前学生对德育课程缺乏兴趣,影响了德育功能的发挥,因此对德育课程体系和教学内容的改革已势在必行。要将相关课程“增、删、补、缩”,实行“分级实施、分层递进”的教学目标和内容,采取以实践、体验为主的学习方式,形成真正意义上学生的自我养成,自我教育,自我发展,自我实现。
