目的:建立熄风通脑胶囊中主药钩藤的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为其制定质量控制提供实验依据。方法:按有关文献方法及改进法分别对熄风通脑胶囊中钩藤进行薄层色谱试验。结果:其中的方法四操作简便,色谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,而且阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建立的方法四具有可行性,专属性强,可作为定性鉴别熄风通脑胶囊中钩藤的方法。 OBJECTIVE: To establish TLC identification method of Uncaria rhynchophylla in Xifengtongnao Capsule to provide experimental basis for its quality control. Methods: According to the literature method and improved method respectively, XFGT was tested by TLC. Results: Among them, Method 4 was simple and easy to operate, the chromatographic spots were clear, the separation effect was good, and the negative control had no interference. Conclusion: The established method IV is feasible and specific, which can be used as a method to identify Uncaria macrophylla in Xifeng Tong Nao Capsules.
