用金属型铸造法制备了不同Sr、Y含量的AZ31镁合金试样,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、XRD、力学性能测试等方法研究了Sr、Y对AZ31镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,微量Sr的添加可细化AZ31镁合金的显微组织,并且在晶界处有杆状的Al4Sr形成;微量的Sr、Y复合添加可使AZ31镁合金显微组织更加细化,晶内有颗粒状的Al2Y析出,同时β-Mg17Al12相消失;合金的常温和高温力学性能随Sr、Y的添加有明显提高。
AZ31 magnesium alloy samples with different Sr and Y contents were prepared by metal casting method. The effects of Sr and Y on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, XRD, Effect of mechanical properties. The results show that the addition of trace Sr can refine the microstructure of AZ31 magnesium alloy and form rod-shaped Al4Sr at the grain boundaries.
