目的探讨急性白血病血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)的测定。方法回顾性分析42例急性白血病患者的临床资料,将其作为观察组,选取同时期正常健康体检者42例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF),比较两组PDGF水平。结果观察组治疗前后PDGF表达水平(408.85±120.31)、(180.25±53.68)ng/L均高于对照组(125.85±18.26)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.120、6.451,P<0.05)。观察组不同分型PDGF表达水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性白血病血小板衍生生长因子的表达可能和白血病的发生有关,且有助于判断患者的病情变化,为白血病的治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To investigate the determination of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in acute leukemia. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with acute leukemia were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were selected as the observation group and 42 normal healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) PDGF level. Results The expression of PDGF in the observation group before and after treatment was (408.85 ± 120.31) and (180.25 ± 53.68) ng / L, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (125.85 ± 18.26 ng / L, t = 8.120,6.451, P < 0.05). There was significant difference in PDGF expression level in observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of platelet-derived growth factor in acute leukemia may be related to the occurrence of leukemia, and help to determine the change of the patient’s condition, and provide a new idea for the treatment of leukemia.
