目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)与亚临床甲状腺功能减退(亚甲减)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法甲亢组23例,亚甲减组17例,对照组23例。二维(2D)超声测量甲状腺体积(V);彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)测量甲状腺上动脉(STA)峰值流速(PSV)、收缩期达峰时间(T)、心率(HR),并进行对比分析。结果甲亢组V、PSV、T、HR较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),亚甲减组V、PSV较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),甲亢组与亚甲减组各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CDFI作为一种便捷、无创的检查手段,可以通过STA血流动力学量化指标为甲状腺疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of hyperthyroidism (Hyperthyroidism) and subclinical hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism). Methods Twenty-three hyperthyroid patients, 17 hypothyroidism patients and 23 control patients. Thyroid volume (V) was measured by two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound; Peak flow velocity (PSV), peak systolic time (T), heart rate (HR) were measured by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) , And comparative analysis. Results The levels of V, PSV, T and HR in hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The V, PSV of hypothyroidism group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01) There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion As a convenient and noninvasive means of examination, CDFI can provide an objective basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid diseases by means of quantification of hemodynamic parameters.
