信息化技术支持下,智能电网发展速度逐渐加快,不仅变电站、配电系统等实现了智能化,电力营销也开始向着智能化的方向发展。基于智能电网的特点,提出了一种双向互动的电力营销智能化模式,并从知识管理、负荷管理、客户关系管理、信用风险管理以及资源价值评价五个不同的方面,对比传统电力营销模式,突出了电力营销智能化模式的优势,希望能够为电力企业营销管理工作提供一些参考。
With the support of information technology, the development speed of smart grids is gradually accelerating. Not only intelligent substations and power distribution systems have been realized, but also the power marketing has begun to move toward the direction of intelligence. Based on the characteristics of smart grid, this paper proposes a two-way interaction model of electricity marketing intelligence.
