在宝钢特钢分厂新投产的3条钛镍合金板单机架可逆轧机均使用了西门子Sinamics变频器,但分别使用了不同的系列和配置作为主传动的方案,这为不同的单机架可逆轧机的传动系统提供了不同的解决方案。根据三条可逆轧机线不同的规格和产量要求,介绍和分析了西门子Sinamics不同的传动配置,它们分别采用了S120系列带异步电动机、SM150系列带同步电动机及S120与SM150分别带同步电动机。目前该三条生产线均已投入生产,性能稳定,满足工艺要求。 Siemens Sinamics inverters were used on three new single-stand reversing rolling machines for titanium-nickel alloy plates at Baosteel’s special steel plant, but different series and configurations were used as the main drive respectively for the different single-stand reversing rolling mills The transmission system offers different solutions. According to the different specifications and output requirements of three reversing rolling mill lines, different transmission configurations of Siemens Sinamics are introduced and analyzed. They are respectively S120 series asynchronous motor, SM150 series synchronous motor and S120 and SM150 respectively with synchronous motor. Currently the three production lines have been put into production, stable performance, to meet the technical requirements.
