目的探讨天麻素注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液对椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法120例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者，分为治疗组与对照组，各60例。对照组用低分子右旋糖苷250ml，加丹参注射20ml，连用10d；治疗组除用低分子右旋糖苷加丹参，同时用天麻素注射液600mg，溶于5豫葡萄糖注射液250ml缓慢静脉滴注，1次/d，连用10d。两组均服用肠溶阿司匹林片100mg，1次/d，其他一般对症治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率96.7豫；对照组为76.7豫。结论天麻素注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液静脉用药能显著改善椎-基底动脉供血不足引起的症状，其疗效肯定。“,”Objective To study ef ect of gastrodine injection in combination with low molecular dextran and danshen injection on vertebral - basilar artery blood supply deficiency.
