血清中性粒细胞趋化因子(NCF)活性是哮喘细胞介质释放的指标之一。目前一般采用Boyden测定白细胞趋化活性(NCA)的滤膜法来测定。国内也有用Boyden法测定NCA的报道。但该法所需白细胞悬液量大,不易推广应用。Falk等在Boyden法基础上设计了48孔趋化板代替Boyden小室,使滤膜法微量化成为一种简便、经济的方法,本文介绍我们设计的30孔趋化板微量滤膜法测定CNF活性。
Serum neutrophil chemokine (NCF) activity is one of the indicators of media release in asthmatic cells. Boyden is currently used to determine leukocyte chemotactic activity (NCA) of the filter method to determine. China is also useful to measure Boyden’s NCA report. However, the law required a large amount of white blood cell suspension, not easy to promote the application. Falk et al. Designed a 48-well chemotactic plate instead of a Boyden chamber based on the Boyden method to make the microfiltration of the membrane method an easy and economical method. In this paper, we describe a 30-well chemotactic plate microfiltration membrane filter designed to measure CNF activity .
