This article mainly from the perspective of 4C marketing theory, readers of modern library services carried out an in-depth interpretation. Firstly, it expounds the influence of marketing on reader service. On the basis of this, it analyzes the customer, cost, pricing and communication in detail and effectively improves the quality and efficiency of library reader service.
