临床实践表明经典的心房颤动射频消融术存在不足:耗时长、电离辐射严重,学习曲线长、手术结果依赖个人技术,指导标测及消融的成像技术各有利弊。在此背景下,新的导管设计(球囊消融导管、多电极标测消融导管)、成像技术(左房造影旋转成像三维心房重建,CartosoundTM、实时MRI)及遥控导航(机器人导管及磁导航)技术得到发展,并在实践中不断改进设计。
Clinical practice shows that the classic radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation is deficient: time-consuming, severe ionizing radiation, long learning curve, and surgical results depend on individual techniques. There are advantages and disadvantages in imaging techniques that guide the mapping and ablation.
