目的探讨胚胎期暴露手机辐射对仔鼠探究行为和运动平衡能力的影响。方法母鼠妊娠全程暴露手机辐射,分娩8 w后对各组小鼠进行旷场实验、斜板实验和转棒实验。结果同对照组实验小鼠比较,辐射暴露组实验小鼠在中央木块停留时间延长,而过障数目减少,差异均具有统计学意义;辐射暴露组实验小鼠斜板抬高角度降低,在旋转棒停留时间缩短,差异均具有统计学意义。结论胚胎期暴露手机辐射可引起仔鼠探究行为和紧张度降低,运动平衡能力下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of embryonic exposure to mobile phone radiation on the behavior and exercise balance of offspring. Methods During the whole pregnancy, maternal mice were exposed to cell phone radiation. After 8 weeks of labor, open-field test, swash plate test and rotarod test were performed on each group of mice. Results Compared with the control mice in the control group, the experimental mice in the radiation exposure group stayed longer in the central wood block and the number of the obstacle barrier decreased. The difference was statistically significant. In the radiation exposure group, Rotary rod stay shorter, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Exposure to cell phone radiation during embryonic development may lead to lower probing and tension, and lower exercise balance.
