采用 HPTA[1 -羟基 - 4 - (对甲苯胺基 ) -蒽醌 ]方法对长江口水中硼进行分析 ,并与姜黄素法进行比较 ,方法的标准偏差为 0 .0 0 5 ,变动系数小于 5 % ,对长江口水样分析结果与姜黄素法相比较 ,其相对误差为 - 0 .4%。本方法具有分析成本低 ,方法简便 ,试剂配置后保存时间长 ,经方法改进 ,避免了玻璃器皿中硼的干扰。对长江口水中硼的分布规律进行了研究 ,得出本调查河段长江水中硼的含量与水样的电导率 (盐度 )有正相关性。
The method of HPTA [1 - hydroxy - 4 - (p - toluidine) - anthraquinone] was used to analyze the boron in the Yangtze River Estuary and compared with the curcumin method. The standard deviation of the method was 0.050, the coefficient of variation was less than 5%. The relative error between the water sample analysis of the Yangtze River Estuary and curcumin method is -0.4%. The method has the advantages of low analysis cost, simple method and long storage time after reagent configuration, and improves the method and avoids the interference of boron in the glassware. The distribution of boron in the Yangtze Estuary was studied, and the results showed that there was a positive correlation between boron content and water conductivity (salinity) in the Yangtze River.
