Transport is an important part of the flow of flowers, occupies a very important position in the development of the flower industry. The reason is very simple, China’s flower industry acreage increased year by year, production is growing, the quality is gradually improved, the product not only to the domestic market, but also to march into the international market, which depends on transport, the product from the origin, wholesale The market to reach the fastest speed consumer. Otherwise, the product shipped out or transport time is too long cause heavy losses, it also lost the meaning of production. In Yunnan, for example, in 2001, Yunnan exported 28,110 tons of flowers to the province, of which 12,636 tons of civil aviation cargo, United cargo 1,200 tons, 8,274 tons of rail freight, road freight outside the province (mainly Guiyang, Guangzhou) 5475 tons, the province Road freight 525 tons. Therefore, air transport, railways and highways have become the main channel of China’s flower products export.
