笔者采用调查问卷的方式研究美国学生对中国和中国文化的态度和认知途径。文章通过对学生问卷中的评价语、认知途径等项目的研究发现:美国学生对中国和中国文化的认识是积极和客观的;美人大、中学生通过学校教育等多种途径来认识中国和中国文化;美国学生对有关中国的新闻报道接触频率较低。
The author uses the method of questionnaire to study American students’ attitudes toward Chinese culture and their cognition. Through the study of evaluation words, cognitive ways and other items in the student questionnaire, the article finds that the American students’ understanding of China and the Chinese culture is positive and objective; the American college students and middle school students know China and China through various means such as school education Culture; U.S. students have less frequent exposure to news coverage of China.
