分析了国际上主流的3家标准和规范起草机构即欧洲工业气体协会、国际标准化组织和美国防火协会确定安全距离的方法,比较其在处理泄漏孔径、泄漏频率、点火概率、后果类型、有害影响、伤害限值和风险标准等方面的差异,指出存在的问题主要是风险不确定性较高和标准之间可比性差,展望了今后氢能基础设施安全距离制定需要努力的方向,即降低风险不确定性和促进统一标准的形成。
The methods to determine the safe distance between the three major international standard drafting agencies, namely the European Industrial Gases Association, the International Organization for Standardization and the American Fire Protection Association were analyzed.
