目的:为医院药剂科如何建立激励机制提供参考。方法:运用组织行为学原理在药剂科建立相应的激励和约束机制。结果:医院管理者将激励和约束机制结合起来,可使员工在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续发扬。结论:运用组织行为学原理在医院药剂科健全激励机制,能有效促进科室的学科建设。
Objective: To provide references for how to establish incentive mechanism in hospital pharmacy department. Methods: Applying the principle of organizational behavior to establish corresponding incentive and restraint mechanisms in Pharmacy. Results: Hospital managers combined incentive and restraint mechanisms to enable employees to meet their organizational goals while meeting their own needs and increasing their satisfaction so that their enthusiasm and creativity continued to flourish. Conclusion: Applying the principles of organizational behavior to improve the motivation mechanism in the pharmacy department of the hospital can effectively promote the discipline construction of the department.
