对66例食碘盐1年以上,初发、典型、未经治疗的Graves病伴甲亢患者(A组)的甲状腺吸131Ⅰ率及其它临床特征与应用碘盐前的34例甲亢患者(B组)进行了比较研究,发现如下特点:①甲状腺吸131Ⅰ率,4、6及24小时均值,A组略低于B组,两组间无显著性差异,两组吸131Ⅰ率高峰前移发生率亦无明显性差异(p>005);但4与24小时吸131Ⅰ率的比值,A组明显低于B组均值,两组间有显著性差异(p<001)。②血清TT4、FT3、FT4均值及TSH受抑(<003mu/L)的发生率,A组均值明显高于B组,两组间有显著性差异(p<001),但两组间TT3改变无显著性差异。③A组的平均心率、突眼及甲状腺震颤发生率均明显高于B组(p<001)。④MCA及TGA均值,两组间无显著性差异(p>005)。结果表明,应用碘盐后,对甲亢患者及甲状腺吸131Ⅰ率和甲状腺功能以及甲状腺震颤、突眼的发生率都有显著影响。
