采用有限元和元胞自动机法(CA-FE)对A104合金在不同浇注温度下的凝固组织进行了计算机模拟。结果表明,浇注温度分别为630、660和720℃时的合金铸件横截面外边缘都主要为柱状晶形态,而心部主要为等轴晶形态。浇注温度为630℃时的柱状晶比例和等轴晶粒尺寸最小,而浇注温度为720℃时的柱状晶比例和等轴晶粒尺寸最大。随着浇注温度的升高,柱状晶比例和平均晶粒尺寸都呈现为逐渐增加的趋势。采用耦合CA-FE模型模拟得到的结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性。
The solidification structure of A104 alloy at different pouring temperatures was simulated by finite element method and cellular automata method (CA-FE). The results show that the outer edges of the cross section of alloy castings are mainly columnar crystals at 630, 660 and 720 ℃, respectively, while the heart is mainly equiaxed. The columnar crystal ratio and the equiaxed grain size are the smallest when the pouring temperature is 630 ℃, while the columnar crystal ratio and the equiaxed grain size are the largest when the pouring temperature is 720 ℃. With the pouring temperature increases, the columnar grain size and average grain size showed a gradual increase in the trend. The results obtained by the coupled CA-FE model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
