溪洛渡水电站对外交通大路梁子隧道全长4360m,隧道最大埋深800m,隧道围岩为页岩、砂岩夹煤层,在隧道施工过程中有瓦斯溢出,存在瓦斯燃烧和瓦斯爆炸重大事故隐患。如何控制好瓦斯,消除事故隐患是本文重点介绍的施工技术。隧道煤层地段和非煤层瓦斯地段采取超前导孔探测、根据隧道施工进程选择通风设备、安装自动瓦斯监测仪和配合人工监测、细化瓦斯地段施工技术方案等系列技术手段控制事故风险。采取这一系列技术措施和管理手段有效控制瓦斯事故,降低了施工风险。本文对类似公路隧道施工瓦斯防治有一定的技术参考价值。

This paper has certain technical reference value for gas prevention and control of similar highway tunnel construction.
