排水管线纳入综合管廊是国家政策的要求,也是综合管廊未来的发展方向。本文通过对上海市松江南站大型居住社区综合管廊一期工程纳入市政排水管线的研究,提出排水管线入廊的设计要点。本文以工程为例,分析排水管线入廊存在的问题,提出标高冲突、检查井布置及工程造价三点亟待解决。在工程实践中,通过设计上践行多规合一,将检查井与综合管廊节点结合,采用有限元软件进行结构计算,同时结合地下空间利用来解决排水管线入廊问题。结论总结排水管线入廊的设计要点及建议,为国内类似工程提供借鉴。
Drainage pipe into the integrated pipe gallery is the national policy requirements, but also the future development of integrated pipe gallery. In this paper, the design of the drainage pipeline corridor is put forward by including the first phase project of the large-scale residential community complex of Shanghai Songjiang South Station into the municipal drainage pipeline. Taking engineering as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of drainage pipeline corridor, and puts forward three aspects of altitude collisions, inspection well layout and construction cost. In engineering practice, through the design and practice of multi-system integration, the inspection wells and integrated pipe gallery nodes, the use of finite element software for structural calculation, combined with the use of underground space to solve the problem of drainage pipeline corridor. Conclusions This paper summarizes the design points and suggestions of the drainage pipeline corridor and provides references for similar projects in China.
