目的:对本溪地产的生晒参、红参、林下参,建立可同时测定人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rd含量的反相高效液相色谱方法,并对三者进行了比较。方法:采用高效液相法测定人参皂苷含量。色谱柱:Dia-monsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:50%乙腈、水(梯度洗脱),柱温30℃,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长203nm。结果:这种方法可以有效地区别不同种类人参中人参皂苷的含量。结论:生晒参、红参、林下参之间多数成分上有差异。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rb2 and Rd in sunflower, ginseng, Compared. Methods: Ginsenoside content was determined by HPLC. Column: Dia-monsil C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: 50% acetonitrile, water (gradient elution), column temperature 30 ℃, flow rate 1.0mL · min-1, detection wavelength 203nm. Results: This method can effectively distinguish different types of ginseng ginsenoside content. Conclusion: There are differences between most of the components of raw ginseng, red ginseng and ginseng ginseng.
