利用FLUENT软件建立了往复炉燃烧的数值模拟模型,针对不同尺寸的前拱高度、前拱覆盖长度、后拱覆盖长度以及不同的后拱倾角进行了数值模拟研究,综合分析了炉拱尺寸对往复炉燃烧的影响,分析了炉内流场、前拱温度、后拱温度、炉排面热流密度分布等的变化,为往复炉的炉拱设计优化提供了可行性建议。
