本文采用三轴向同步磁带记录现场振动信号测量及实验室信号处理机与微机联机分析处理的方法,对国产及进口的65台机车司机室进行了实车测试与评价,结果表明许多机车司机室振动水平超标。这种作业环境有碍广大乘务员的身体健康,也不利于行车安全。因此呼吁及早颁布符合我国国情的合理的机车司机室内全身振动允许限值国标;尽快将振动量级引入产品鉴定项目。与此同时应深入进行机车座椅减振、隔振的研究。振动对人体影响的研究在国外已广泛开展,近年来,在国内也逐渐引起了人们的关注。我国地域辽阔,铁路交通担负着繁重的运输任务,长时间的机车振动对乘务员的心理、生理会产生一定的影响,为保障广大乘务员的身体健康,提高工作效率,减少行车事故,必须对现有机车司机室内人体承受的全身振动进行正确的测量与评价。目前,我国尚未公布相立的国家标准,因此,国际标准 ISO 2631/1《人体承受全身振动的评价——总的要求》是评价人体全身振动的主要依据。

The research on the influence of vibration on the human body has been carried out extensively in foreign countries. In recent years, it has also gradually drawn people’s attention in China. China has a vast territory and heavy rail transportation. The prolonged locomotive vibration has a certain impact on the flight attendants ’psychology and physiology. In order to protect the flight attendants’ health, improve work efficiency and reduce traffic accidents, Vehicle drivers indoor body to withstand the full body vibration measurement and evaluation of the right. At present, our country has not yet published the national standard of phase opposition. Therefore, the international standard ISO 2631/1, “The Whole Body Vibration Assessment - The General Requirements” is the main basis for evaluating the whole body vibration.
