云制造的实践创新和相关机制研究是近几年供应链和制造领域研究的热点问题.研究云制造平台上的碎片化资源匹配问题,以探索物联网环境下提高企业资源配置效率的方法.基于前景理论,通过多属性评价,计算出资源供求双方之间的满意度,据此确定匹配主体的偏好序.以偏好序作为匹配依据,设计在考虑匹配数量的前提下,求解稳定匹配方案的“多对多”匹配算法,并论证匹配结果对于匹配优先方的Pareto最优性.最后,通过算例验证了整个匹配机制的可行性和有效性.
The practice innovation and related mechanism research of cloud manufacturing is a hot issue in the field of supply chain and manufacturing research in recent years.Study the matching problem of fragmented resources in cloud manufacturing platform to explore ways to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation under the environment of internet of things.Based on Forecasted theory, through the multi-attribute evaluation, calculates the satisfaction degree between the supply and demand sides of resources, and then determines the preference order of the matching subjects.Priority order is used as the matching basis, and under the premise of considering the matching quantity, Many-to-many "matching algorithm and proves the Pareto optimality of the matching result to the matching priority.Finally, the feasibility and the effectiveness of the whole matching mechanism are verified by an example.
