随着商业竞争的国际化,以及企业“以销定产,以产定研”运营模式的发展,市场营销已成为企业的“龙头”。企业营销运作水平的高低取决于作为营销团队个体的营销人员的素质,营销人员已成为企业在市场营销活动中的主力军和产品形象的代表。因此,营销人员的礼仪行为与企业营销活动的成功息息相关。本文就加强营销人员礼仪素质的培养,消除营销活动中的沟通障碍,使其能积极适应各种营销场合对商务礼仪规范的要求等进行了探讨。
With the internationalization of commercial competition and the development of the business model of “marketing by sales, production by research and development”, marketing has become the “leader” of enterprises. The level of corporate marketing operations depends on the quality of marketers as individual marketing team, marketers have become the main force in the marketing activities of enterprises and product image of the representatives. Therefore, the marketer’s etiquette and business marketing activities are closely related to the success. In this paper, to enhance the quality of marketers etiquette training, marketing activities to eliminate barriers to communication, so that it can actively adapt to a variety of marketing occasions business etiquette norms and other requirements are discussed.
