目的 寻求一种检测微量肿瘤细胞的方法。方法 采用PCRELISA 法检测宫颈、尿液、腹水中脱落细胞的端粒酶活性。结果 宫颈癌患者宫颈脱落细胞中端粒酶活性表达阳性率为95-24 % ;尿路上皮性癌尿液脱落细胞者为88-1% ;卵巢癌性腹水中脱落细胞者为14-3 % 。结论 PCRELISA 法检测宫颈、尿液中脱落细胞的端粒酶活性可作为筛查宫颈癌、尿路上皮性癌的一种简单、敏感的方法。
Objective To find a method for detecting microscopic tumor cells. Methods The telomerase activity of exfoliated cells in the cervix, urine and ascites was detected by PCR-ELISA. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity in cervical exfoliated cells in patients with cervical cancer was 95-24%; the urine exfoliated cells in urothelial carcinoma were 88-1%; the number of exfoliative cells in ovarian cancer in ascites was 14-3%. . Conclusion PCR-ELISA assay can detect telomerase activity in exfoliated cells in the cervix and urine as a simple and sensitive method for screening cervical cancer and urothelial carcinoma.
