目的重症肌无力(MG)是神经、肌肉接头处传递障碍的慢性疾病,也是世界难治疾病之一。通过用维诺康·肌骨肽与溴吡斯的明联合治疗使患者重症肌无力症状显著改善,从而提高生命质量。方法维诺康·肌骨肽胶囊4粒,3次/d,溴吡斯的明片60mg,3次/d,1个月为1个疗程,连用5个疗程后改为维持量(维诺康·肌骨肽胶囊2～3粒,3次/d,溴吡斯的明片60mg,3次/d)。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,患者双眼睁开且活动自如,语言清晰,吞咽正常,肌力恢复到Ⅳ级。结论维诺康·肌骨肽富含神经、肌肉导体蛋白激活素,多种神经导体蛋白营养因子,促进肌纤维的生长与发育,能够激活滋养阻滞的横纹肌;调理肝、脾、肾,改善微循环;溴吡斯的明能抑制胆碱酯酶活性,缓解肌无力症状。
