为了解鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)二联油乳灭活疫苗对后备鸽的免疫效果,对比不同免疫程序下的抗体消涨情况,本研究开展鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)二联油乳灭活疫苗免疫后备鸽抗体水平试验。试验结果显示:二联灭活疫苗对鸽体表现出良好的抗原性和免疫效果,在生产实际中可将此疫苗运用于鸽场的日常免疫;为保持更高的HI抗体滴度,以确保能够完全抵御强毒的攻击,在生产实际中首次免疫建议至少进行2次以上免疫。
