目的探讨动态心电图分析在晕厥中应用。方法 2009年1月至2011年1月应用动态心电图进行分析诊断的晕厥患者168例,进行回顾总结。结果 168例应用动态心电图进行分析诊断的晕厥患者,62例患者记录中发生晕厥,发生率36.90%,106例记录中未发生晕厥。观察发生晕厥病例与未发生晕厥心电图R-R间期的关系,62例患发生晕厥患者中,R-R间期≥3.0S共51例,占总发生晕厥病例82.25%,R-R间期<3,0S病例无1例发生晕厥。结论动态心电图监测对部分因心律失常所致的心源性晕厥有着重要的临床价值。早期识别晕厥或高危心电图表现,及时采取干预手段,是有效防止晕厥发生或猝死的关键。
Objective To investigate the application of Holter analysis in syncope. Methods From January 2009 to January 2011, 168 patients with syncope diagnosed by Holter monitoring were retrospectively reviewed. Results A total of 168 patients with syncope were analyzed by dynamic electrocardiogram. Syncope occurred in 62 patients, the incidence rate was 36.90%. No syncope occurred in 106 patients. The relationship between syncope and non-syncope RR was observed. Among 62 patients with syncope, there were 51 cases with RR interval≥3.0S, accounting for 82.25% of all cases with syncope. The RR interval was less than 3,0S Syncope occurred in 1 case. Conclusion Holter monitoring has important clinical value for some patients with cardiogenic syncope caused by arrhythmia. Early identification of syncope or high-risk ECG performance, prompt intervention to prevent syncope is the key to the occurrence or sudden death.
