针对某1450mm冷连轧机主传动系统进行参数化建模,计算固有频率、主振型、扭矩放大系数,采用灵敏度分析量化了主传动系统各部件的转动惯量和扭转刚度对固有频率的影响,并通过现场实测数据对转动惯量进行验证。
The main drive system of a 1450mm tandem cold mill is parametrically modeled, the natural frequency, main vibration mode and torque amplification coefficient are calculated. The sensitivity analysis is used to quantify the influence of inertia and torsional stiffness of the main drive system on natural frequency The measured moment of inertia is verified by field measurements.
