【目的】初步调查新疆乌昌地区马铃薯真菌性病害的种类并鉴定病原种类,为病害防治奠定重要基础。【方法】通过形态特征及致病性测定,最终确定马铃薯真菌病害的种类。【结果】经鉴定共发现马铃薯真菌性病害有9种,即早疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、干腐病、酸腐病、黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病和茎基腐病,其中后5种病害为新疆新记录。【结论】查清了马铃薯病害及病原种类,马铃薯早疫病、晚疫病和枯萎病在所调查区域都发生频率最高,且马铃薯黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病、茎基腐病和酸腐病等5种病害在新疆尚属新病害。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the species of potato fungal diseases in Wuchang area of Xinjiang and to identify the pathogen species, which laid an important foundation for disease prevention and control. 【Method】 Through the morphological and pathogenicity determination, the species of potato fungal diseases were finally determined. 【Result】 A total of 9 potato fungal diseases were identified, including early blight, late blight, blight, dry rot, acid rot, Verticillium wilt, leaf blight, anthracnose and stem rot The last five diseases are new records in Xinjiang. 【Conclusion】 Potato diseases and pathogenic species were identified. Early blight, late blight and blight of potato were the most frequently occurred in all the investigated areas, and potato wilt, leaf blight, anthracnose, stem rot and acid rot Diseases and other diseases in Xinjiang is still a new disease.
