用浓度为 500 mg/kg灭幼脲(DFB)处理的构树枝条喂养桑天牛成虫,测定桑天牛每天取食量、虫粪量,不同时间对桑天半成虫每天虫粪、血淋巴及所产的卵中天幼脲含量进行HPLC检测。结果表明,桑天牛成虫每天摄入的天幼脲中,大部分排出体外且结构不变,雌、雄成虫排出量占摄入量分别为80.74%及76.48%;灭幼脲在桑天牛成虫体内还有累积作用,连续饲喂以DFB处理的枝条,10d后桑天牛成虫血淋巴中DFB含量高达雌虫19.549×10-6g/头,雄虫 17. 823 × 10-6 g/头;而雌成虫每天摄入DFB量的 1. 39%转移到卵中。
