目的探讨高低频超声联合应用在诊断可疑急性阑尾炎中的价值。方法对临床怀疑的87例急性阑尾炎患者分别使用低频及高频超声检查,并详细记录检查情况。结果 87例临床怀疑急性阑尾炎中,超声诊断急性阑尾炎55例,诊断符合率77.5%,但有16例漏诊误诊,漏诊误诊率22.5%。结论高低频超声联合应用对急性阑尾炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有较高的价值。 Objective To investigate the value of combined use of high and low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of suspicious acute appendicitis. Methods 87 patients with clinical suspected acute appendicitis were used low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound, and detailed records of the examination. Results Of the 87 clinically suspected acute appendicitis, 55 cases were diagnosed by acute ultrasonography. The coincidence rate was 77.5%. However, misdiagnosis was missed in 16 cases and misdiagnosis rate was 22.5%. Conclusion Combined use of high and low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis has a high value.
