应用86Rb研究不同施钾量的烤烟中钾的分布规律,研究结果表明:施入钾量多,烤烟的叶、茎、根、芽中吸收的钾量多;生长前期(团棵期)烤烟各器官中含钾的百分率顺序为芽>叶>茎>根;生长后期(生长旺期)烤烟各器官含钾总量顺序为叶>茎>根._在一定施钾范围内,施入钾量多,烤烟吸收肥料和土壤中钾量多,但施钾量多,烤烟对钾肥利用率降低._烤烟生长前期钾素主要来自肥料中的钾,占烤烟植株吸收总量的68.3%;烤烟生长后期吸收钾素主要来自土壤,占烟株吸收钾总量的65.7%.
Application of 86Rb to study the distribution of potassium in flue-cured tobacco with different K application rates showed that the amount of potassium absorbed in the leaves, stems, roots and shoots of flue- The order of the percentage of potassium in organs was bud> leaf> stem> root. The total potassium content in different organs of flue-cured tobacco at the late growing stage was leaf> stem> root. In a certain range of potassium application, the amount of applied potassium, flue-cured tobacco to absorb more fertilizer and soil potassium, but more potassium, flue-cured tobacco on potassium utilization decreased. _The early period of flue-cured tobacco mainly comes from the potassium in fertilizer, accounting for 68.3% of the total amount of tobacco plants. The late period of flue-cured tobacco’s absorption mainly comes from soil, accounting for 65.7% of the total amount of potassium absorbed by tobacco plants.
