Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with diclofenac sodium suppositories for abortion in early pregnancy. Methods: 220 pregnant women of 6 to 10 weeks of gestation were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group received preoperative cervical injection of lidocaine and atropine. The observation group received vaginal preoperative ciprofibril two minutes 45 min before operation, anal plug diclofenac sodium Tied 1, comparing the two groups when the flow of cervix relaxation and analgesic effect, intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of flow syndrome. Results: The total effective rate of uterine cervix relaxation was 94.07% in the observation group and 33.33% in the conventional group, P <0.01 in the two groups; the pain in the observation group was significantly reduced, the blood loss in the observation group and the number of the people with flow syndrome decreased, P <0.01. Conclusion: The analgesic effect of misoprostol combined with diclofenac sodium suppository for abortion in early pregnancy is obvious, which is propitious to dilatation of uterine cervix, strengthening uterine contractions and reducing intraoperative blood loss, and the clinical application is satisfactory.
