The moral drama prevailing in the 14th and 15th centuries in Britain is a drama whose main purpose is to educate the public on the basis of Christian doctrine and ethics. Based on the living conditions of people in the Middle Ages in Britain, this article explores the ethical issues of life and death, sin and repentance, free will and grace, and points out an ethical quest for those in difficulty. This ethical direction contains not only the traditional ethics of Christianity, but also the new religious ethics, which establishes the basic moral standards of the modern British people.
