“重钢”的两座620m~3高炉,因矿石品位低,渣量大,熟料比低,变料频繁,加之上下部调剂不相适应,长时期来炉况不顺,煤气利用差,指标很落后.近三年来,初步改善了原料条件,加强了生产管理并不断提高技术操作水平,生产取得了很大进步.风温由原来850~900°C 提高到1000~1068°C.这是在原料条件很差,没有燃料喷吹条件下实现的.作者认为,改进操作的关键在于选择适当的焦炭负荷,并以定温调湿作为调剂手段,逐步扩大矿批到18~20吨,并将倒装和半倒装为主的装料顺序逐步改为全正装,使煤气利用率提高了3~4%,焦比得到大幅度下降.
