目的:进一步阐明洋金花化学拆分组分的药性归属,为“中药一味一性,一药X味Y性(Y≤X)”的中药性味理论新假说的客观性提供科学依据。方法:取雄性昆明种小鼠和Wistar大鼠,分别随机分为正常组,洋金花水煎液组,生物碱组分高、低剂量组,大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱组分高、低剂量组。各组分别ig给药,正常组给同体积生理盐水,每天给药1次,连续10 d。观察洋金花及其化学拆分组分对植物神经系统相关的心率、呼吸频率、血压、唾液分泌量、体温指标的影响,作为洋金花药性评价系统的一部分,对洋金花及其化学拆分组分的药性做进一步评价。结果:与正常组比较,洋金花及生物碱组分明显使小鼠心率增加、大鼠呼吸频率加快、大鼠动脉平均血压升高、小鼠唾液分泌抑制、大鼠体温升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱组分可促进小鼠唾液分泌,对小鼠心率减少、大鼠呼吸频率减缓有一定作用趋势(P<0.05,P<0.01),对大鼠动脉平均血压和体温无明显作用。大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱组分与生物碱组分比较,对小鼠心率,大鼠呼吸频率、大鼠动脉平均血压、小鼠唾液分泌量、大鼠体温影响有一定差异或差异具统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:洋金花及生物碱组分药性为温,大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱组分与生物碱组分药性不同,结合前期研究结果,可判定其药性为凉。

Macroporous resin eluted fractions of 50% ethanol can promote the secretion of saliva in mice, reduce the heart rate in mice, the respiratory rate of rats have a role in the trend (P <0.05, P <0.01), the mean arterial blood pressure and body temperature No significant effect. Macroporous resin 50% ethanol elution components and alkaloid components compared to the mouse heart rate, respiratory rate of rats, mean arterial blood pressure in rats, saliva secretion in rats, body temperature in rats have some differences or differences with statistics Significance (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The medicinal properties of the extracts of Alhagi sparus and alkaloids are warm. The pharmacodynamics of 50% ethanol elution components and alkaloids components of macroporous resin are different. According to the results of previous studies, the pharmacodynamics of the extracts can be judged as cold.
