进入21世纪后,国际社会竞争日趋激烈,培养创新人才成为我国经济社会发展和国际竞争力提升的重要考量。在各种创新人才培养模式中,大中学合作举办高中创新班成为创新人才培养的重要途径。本文以厦门大学附属科技中学的高中创新班“启瑞班”为案例,详解其创新人才培养模式。目前,该校已形成独具特色的招生方式,探索出十分新颖的“三创”理念与“三微”形式,实施以“变易理论”、课堂观察为代表的教学改革以及导师制、家校联合培养、学分制、走班制、小班化教学等教学管理制度。这些项目推动了学生的自主选择、多元发展,并带给教师、家长多样的心得与收获。尽管目前面临一些困难,遭遇种种挑战,只要中学与大学齐心协力,政府与社会共同借力,政策与观念配合跟进,大中学衔接培养创新人才改革定能走上康庄大道。
Since the 21st century, the international community has become more competitive and nurturing innovative personnel has become an important consideration in China’s economic and social development and enhancement of its international competitiveness. In all kinds of innovative talents training mode, the cooperation of high school and middle school to hold high school innovation class becomes an important way to cultivate innovative talents. In this paper, Xiamen University Affiliated High School Science and Technology High School Innovation Course “Kai Rui class ” as a case, explain its innovative personnel training model. At present, the school has formed a unique approach to enrollment, exploring a very new “three creation” concept and “three micro” forms, and implementing the teaching reform represented by “change theory” and class observation And tutor system, joint training at home and school, credit system, go to classes, small class teaching and other teaching management system. These projects promote students’ independent choice, diversified development, and give teachers and parents a variety of experiences and gains. Despite the current difficulties and encountering various challenges, as long as secondary schools and universities make concerted efforts, the government and the community make joint efforts, the policies and concepts are followed up, the reform of middle and high schools to innovate qualified personnel will surely be on the road to success.
