在E时代,一个人对企业的价值并不完全取决于他的能力,在很大程度上取决于他的工作动机,也就是工作的积极性。要想实现员工个人绩效与企业整体绩效的协调一致,实现企业与员工利益的双赢,我们必须建立一个有效的评价绩效,从而现实有效激励的绩效管理体系,即:完善的激励与约束机制。本文拟从影响员工激励效果的因素入手,分析目前企业在员工激励过程中存在的问题,进而提出有效激励的一些方式及策略。
In the E era, a person’s value to the business does not depend entirely on his ability, much depends on his work motivation, that is, the enthusiasm of the work. In order to realize the coordination between the individual performance of employees and the overall performance of enterprises, and realize the win-win situation between the interests of enterprises and employees, we must establish a performance management system that is effective and effective in evaluating performance, that is, a perfect incentive and restraint mechanism. This article intends to start with the factors that affect the motivation of employees, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of employee motivation. At last, some ways and tactics of effective motivation are put forward.
