目的:研究以益气解毒为主的中药复方对急性辐射损伤(ARI)小鼠全血细胞的动态防护作用。方法:50只Balb/c小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,空白和模型组灌胃去离子水,安多霖组和中药高、低剂量组分别灌胃各自的药液、中药复方水煎液,给药两周。两周后,除空白组外,其他各组小鼠进行5.5 Gy60Coγ射线全身一次性照射。分别于照射后第1、7、21、35 d检测小鼠外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板,并观察照后各组小鼠的生存情况,记录、计算照后各组小鼠的死亡率、生存率。结果:照射各组外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞和血小板均在照后1、7 d大幅度降低,在照后21 d和35 d均缓慢恢复;与同批次模型组比较,中药复方低剂量组白细胞、淋巴细胞和血小板均回升程度明显。照射各组红细胞和血红蛋白均在照后1、7、21 d逐渐降低,至照后35 d,各照射组均有所回升,而与模型组比较,中药复方低剂量组红细胞和血红蛋白恢复速度较快。照后35 d内,模型组、安多霖组和高剂量组分别死亡8、7、5只,而中药复方低剂量组小鼠在全程无死亡现象。结论:益气解毒中药复方可以缩短照后小鼠全血细胞各项指标的恢复时间,对全血细胞具有较好的防护效果,且降低ARI小鼠的死亡率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the dynamic protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription with Yiqi Detoxification on whole blood cells of acute radiation injury (ARI) mice. Methods: Fifty Balb / c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group. The rats in the blank and model groups were given gavage with deionized water. Compound decoction for two weeks. Two weeks later, except for the blank group, the other mice in each group were irradiated with 5.5 Gy of 60Co γ-rays once a day. The peripheral blood leucocytes, lymphocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin and platelets were detected on the 1st, 2nd, 21st, and 35th day after irradiation respectively. The survival of mice in each group was observed and recorded. Mortality, survival rate. Results: The levels of leukocyte, lymphocyte and platelet in peripheral blood of each group were significantly decreased at 1 and 7 days after irradiation, and slowly recovered at 21 and 35 days after irradiation. Compared with the same batch of model group, Leukocytes, lymphocytes and platelets were picked up significantly. The erythrocytes and hemoglobin in each group decreased gradually at 1, 7 and 21 days after irradiation, and reached the level of 35 days after irradiation. Compared with the model group, the recovery rate of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the low-dose group was higher than that in the model group fast. Within 35 days after irradiation, 8,7 and 5 mice died in model group, Andoline group and high-dose group, respectively. However, mice in low-dose group of TCM did not die in the whole process. Conclusion: The compound prescription of Yiqi Jiedu can shorten the recovery time of various indicators of mouse whole blood cells after irradiation, have better protective effect on whole blood cells, and reduce the mortality of ARI mice.
