食品专业英语是食品类本科生的专业课程,是开展国际化高水平的重要工具,但地方高校本科生学习效果不甚理想,本文针对学生对食品专业英语适用性认识不足,缺乏实用主义思维方法,缺乏同伴促进与兴趣引导等问题,提出采用猜词游戏方法进行教学形式改进,阐述猜词游戏在教学中应用的策略与途径,包括课前准备,课上实施,课后巩固等阶段的要点与注意事项。为提高食品专业本科生综合素质和竞争力做课堂教学形式方向的探索,为创新型人才培养机制的教学改革提供参考。 Food specialty English is a specialized course for food undergraduates and is an important international tool for carrying out high level internationalization.
